Go to Studio → Embed in your dashboard. Copy the widget code snippet and paste it into your website's HTML. It works on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, and any custom site. Just add the <script> tag and the widget element (e.g. <slotstack-booking tenant="your-slug">).
How do payouts work?+
Slotstack uses Stripe Connect (Standard). Payments go directly to your Stripe account — we never hold your funds. Stripe handles payouts to your bank on their standard schedule (usually 2–7 business days). A 1.5% platform fee is deducted automatically at the time of each transaction, in addition to Stripe's standard processing fees (1.5% + 20p for UK cards).
Can I offer free trial classes?+
Yes. Mark a class as "trial eligible" in your class settings. First-time customers will see a free trial option during checkout. Only one trial per customer per class is allowed.
How do class passes work?+
Create pass templates in Studio → Passes (e.g. 10-class pass for £80). Customers buy them through the Shop widget. When they book a class, they can choose to use pass credits instead of paying again. Passes have configurable expiry dates.
Can customers cancel their own bookings?+
Yes. Customers can view and cancel bookings through the My Bookings widget. You can set a cancellation deadline (e.g. 24 hours before class) in Studio → Settings.
How do I set up private lessons?+
Create a class with category "private" in Studio → Classes. Configure duration, buffer time between lessons, and pricing. Set instructor availability windows in Studio → Instructors. The private lessons widget handles the rest — customers pick an instructor, date, and available time slot.
Do you support multiple currencies?+
Yes. Set your currency in Studio → Settings. All pricing, checkout, and reporting will use that currency. We support GBP, USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, and most currencies supported by Stripe.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. Every studio's data is isolated at the database level (Row-Level Security). We use encrypted connections, rate limiting on all public endpoints, and webhook signature verification. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
Are you a customer trying to manage a booking?
